The law firm of Hillyer and Brother was located in Atlanta, Georgia and the principles were the Honorable George Hillyer (former mayor of Atlanta) and his younger brother Henry Hillyer. Both men had considerable careers in the legal community and public service, and their father served as a US Representative from Georgia, 1851-1855 and as Solicitor of the United States Treasury from December 1857 until his resignation in February 1861.
